Interactive 3D brain models are now available on the HDBR atlas

The 3D brain models illustrate the changing complexity of the central nervous system between CS17 and 13 post conceptional weeks (PCW). Regions of the CNS, pallium, subpallium, hypothalamus, diencephalon, mesencephalon, metencephalon, myelencephalon and spinal cord have been manually defined at CS17, CS19, CS22, 10PCW and 13PCW.
