Gene expression data generated using HDBR tissue is now publicly available through the Image Data Resource. The collection comprises immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization data for more than 80 genes, from 3 to 17 weeks post conception.

In addition to the low power images that were housed in the HuDSeN database, many of the images in the IDR have been captured at X20 magnification and can be viewed at their full resolution.
