Brain Expression Data

Brain expression data from many human prenatal brain samples from the HDBR collection are now online.

There is an RNAseq data set (E-MTAB-4840) and a SNP dataset (E-MTAB-4843) which will be able to be viewed at: www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/experiments/E-MTAB-4840 and www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/experiments/E-MTAB-4843 respectively.
